Semi-private personal training

Semi-Private Personal training combines a customized training program specifically designed for you, with the fun, team oriented  environment of a small group of no more than 3 people being lead by 1 fitness coach.


Each Client is working from their very own customized training program that  has been tailored specifically to them based off of their fitness goals and needs discovered during the fitness assessment. 

Research even shows that groups tend to yield better fitness results.
