Semi-Private Personal training combines a customized training program specifically designed for you, with the fun, team oriented  environment of a small group of no more than 4 people.

 

Each participant has their own fitness program catered specifically to their goals and needs. 

We balance this out by keeping up to 2 coaches on the training floor at a time.

 

Research even shows that groups tend to yield better fitness results.
